Conceived 1994 - Opened to the Public 12 April 2008
***** Let's Go for a Walk *****
Many visitors to this website will not yet, or may never
have the opportunity to visit the Reserve. By taking this
virtual walk through the forest it will give you the chance
to view the beauty of the Reserve, and thereby the
Wairarapa valley, as it would have looked before man
arrived in the area. So let's have a look at the map of
the Reserve to see just where our walk will take us
and then we will go to the main entrance
to the Reserve and take a tour.
